Running Windows 7 and it will only let me log on as "Guest". How the I get a login screen for the admin? Switching users only gets me to the Guest account. it's not allowing me to install any new programs and probably a lot of other things I haven't tried yet. Also won't let me in "netplwiz".

Find the real user and log in with it?
Otherwise system restore back to a point before it broke.
And if you disabled system restore, format, reinstall and this time don't disable system restore.

Can't get into system restore.The User account control, window comes up, but the "Yes" is grayed out. Only have "No" as a choice.

Note, you can usually run system restore from the windows 7 disk.
