U.S. is now aggressively militaristic country suffering star fever , which is lobbying their economic interests by force of arms , ignoring the opinion of the world community and demonstrating the inadequacy of all decision-making.
we've been doing that for years. Actually, less so now than any time in the last 30.
The impression is that all decisions about the use of U.S. armed forces to unfair pressure on other governments in the American political elite takes the influence of alcohol or drugs.
maybe, to a Russian, but there are perfectly sensible reasons, even if one disagrees. Plus, the beauty of our system is that I can disagree, and can openly give money and time to candidates who can radically differ from those positions.
This is no joke . Recently caught the American officer in charge of launching nuclear(!!!) missiles under the influence of drug intoxication . I am confident that the American people no one even informed of this fact.
that got very full and complete coverage over here. Once again, you show yourself to be completely ignorant of how wide ranging and open our range of opinions are, and our sources of information. That item, for instance, was reported by every major newspaper and I'd imagine, every TV outlet in the nation.

The "world community" is in constant, murderous, conflict and there is no consensus of opinion.
At any given moment in time some members of that community will declare they are on the side of that fictional consensus when they think it serves to support their position.

So I'm not at all concerned when it is said we have ignored "world opinion". What that really means is we have ignored some peoples opinion. Considering who is in the community I hope we never agree with many of them!

It is a terrible truth . I am sure that if Russia or the United States will weaken, other countries will smell blood and snapped to tear us to pieces. Such is the nature of the survival of all living creatures. Strong devour the weak. But , unlike animals, man has intellect . Russia still can restrain the bloody ambitions of other nations. And to help the weak against attacks impudent Americans. At least for the maintenance of law worldwide. U.S. has long been behaving like a corrupt cop who believes that he is allowed to break any laws for the welfare of his family. Although the huge military and diplomatic capabilities the U.S. could easily secure peace throughout the world. Not conflict with other nations not to provoke other countries to develop their own nuclear weapons to protect against U.S. aggression . But the U.S. prefers to deal with incitement to new and new wars , to show the world their strength. It's sad to see. I do not know what kind of global disaster should happen to unite all people on the planet in the face of a common danger that people become more human to treat each other . I understand that on the one hand everything seems to be easy, but on the other hand everything is incredibly difficult ... Conversely, the most complex problems and intrigue can be solved elementary having cut Gordian knot....

Yeah you're doing a great job supporting a Syrian regime that's killing tens of thousands of its own citizens.

By the way...
"Commanding the 1st Ukrainian Front liberated in the spring of the 45th Eastern Europe , Marshal Konev ordered not to beat out heavy artillery in situations where cultural values could suffer .
Krakow, Prague, Warsaw , a small Polish town of Czestochowa have to say "thank you" Russian commander , retaining many of their architectural monuments from destruction, and all of humanity - for the salvation of the famous Dresden Gallery of Old Masters .
The retreating Germans had mined the gallery, where he kept the artistic treasures of the renowned galleries . After learning about it from military intelligence , Konev personally went to the site and supervised the operation of demining and rescue pictures, among which was the outstanding work of Raphael."

P.S. You can only find persistently negative, however, stubbornly ignoring all good.

so, the Russians were better than the Nazi's....fine, we all accept that. However, those of us old enough to remember the history, saw what the Soviet Union did to keep those 'rescued' satellite natons in the fold, against the will of their people. It was ruthless, and shameful, and persisted for decades.
Why do you suppose that once it became possible, all of those states opted to be free and independant, rather than part of Mother Russia? Why do you think, to this day, the Ukraine is fighting so hard to get out from under the boot of Russia??

Ukraine has repeatedly tried to become part of the European Union and also often Ukrainians understood that they are necessary to nobody in the European Union. EU gives Ukraine the right to join the European Union onerous terms highly disadvantageous for Ukraine.
Latvia joined the European Union. And what did she get? Now British tourists pee on Freedom Monument in Riga. Now Latvian taxpayers pay their money costs operating practices of NATO military bases located in their territory. And Latvian citizens use only menial jobs in Europe.

Ummm sigma...my Hungarian pic was not of Russia kicking the Germans out. The Russian tanks were there to put down the Hungarian uprising against the Russians in the 1950's. I guess you missed that part in your revised history books.
