b) vote the dems out of all offices they helped to vote in.

I'm simply shocked that Ms.Clinton was so slow to grab an item of women's footwear. My wife would've been all over that......Oh, and both shoe tossers were a bit nuts, but the Iraqi fellow was operating in a culturally known context. Lobbing loafers isn't a normal American response, even in anger.
