Is there a nVidia driver version restriction with using d2x-rebirth. I have been looking around this site as well as the dxx-rebirth site and seem to remember reading something that says not to use a driver newer than 280. Is that correct?
I have been using version v0.54-win on a windows 2000 machine with a GeForce4 TI 4200. This works fine, nice look and feel. Better than the old days with 3dfx when death came easy because frame rates were so high
I have an XP machine with a GeForce 9800 GT card in it. I'd like to try this machine. I have older drivers if that is what is needed.
Thanks

Re: nVidia driver question
Rebirth works fine even with the latest nvidia drivers (or at least it does on my Windows 7 x64 system).
