Hot damn that looks cool!
Cat (n.) A bipolar creature which would as soon gouge your eyes out as it would cuddle.
Re: Star Citizen is Ready!
Last I heard the dog fighting module wasn't even ready for the May 29th release. So how can the game be ready?
Re: Star Citizen is Ready!
geez Chipy, lazy much? Got follow the link and read.
Honestly, I'm not sure what you're talking about as I haven't really followed it that closely, nor have I had time lately for vid games. I'll have to wait until it's out entirely as there's no way I can be a backer for this thing. good grief they want a lot. o_0

yeah, huh. I guess they got a lot of those fixes in place or enough to launch. I see that there's been a patch or two released posted on the D/L page. I haven't been following it that closely. I'd heard about it on a tech site and missed the page you posted entirely.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Re: Star Citizen is Ready!
this modular-development aspect is interesting, split a big project up and tackle it in small chunks yeh?

Star Citizen is NOT Ready for ME!
Created an account.
Now it wants me to pay some OUTLANDISH prices for things.
I would LIKE to freaking PLAY TEST it before buying it.
Sadly everything is way too high cost wise for me.
Looks like this is a game that has NO freaking chance of getting played on my Computers!
Sad too... looked like such a nice game.

Re: Star Citizen is Ready!
SirWinner, try eve online as it is somewhat similar and you can play for 2 weeks free.
Re: Star Citizen is Ready!
Good Idea Woody. I've only heard good things about EVE. I don't really have time these days to play an MMO, although, it doesn't have to be a time sink. SW is quite right. Some of the prices are insane. Still funding dev I guess. o_0'

Re: Star Citizen is Ready!
Tried EVE but was disappointed that you are not able to fly in the space battles like you can in Freespace 1 and Freespace 2.
EVE was OFFLINE in less than 1 hour after being installed on my PC never to be played again.
Star Trek Online is much better in the long run for me.
Thanks for the thought... Sadly EVE just doesn't cut it for me at all.
