The video clip was what was out-of-context. It's blatantly clear that Obama was referring to dictatorial regimes throughout history which have espoused that view, and that the concept of democratic government implicitly rejects it. Though I guess it could also be some fun Illuminati New World Order stuff if that floats your boat.
