If they had instead poured Coke into the milk bottle and turned the milk into a funny color, would that have showed that milk is bad for you?
I think everyone knows that Coke is bad for you, but it's because of its sugar content, not some home chemistry experiment, but that doesn't make for a good youtube video I suppose. I don't completely abstain from soda, but I tend to just have it when I go out, if even then, as opposed to drinking it all day long.

Think that's bad, put a piece of hamburger into a glass of Coke. Let's just say that after you do that, even that raw piece of hamburger would be safe to eat. Instant sterilize!

Lemon juice in milk makes it curdle, ewww! I guess milk is bad for you!
...Wait, maybe it's the lemon juice that's bad for you?

(Maybe it's simply what happens when proteins meet acids.)

Look at this way. Maybe Coke would help protect us from really nasty bacteria as a secondary side effect by further acidifying our stomachs. Our human stomachs don't have a very acid environment compared to some other creatures, like Vultures and other carrion eating animals, so we're not very good at killing all the bacteria that we ingest. The new Coke slogan could say: "A Coke a day helps keep the diarrhea away".

That original video is just pants-on-head dumb.
