Need help with level 14. Going nutzo. I can't seem to move the arm to the "O" position. I keep getting a mesage that the transmitter is offline. Flipped all the switches, bumped the button. Turned on the 3 arms in maintenance. Adjusted the mirrors. If this is not the right place for help, please point me in the right directon.

Try using the GuideBot. He will guide you to the next objective.

But that doesn't help if you already know where the objective is and are needing to figure out the how. Well sometimes he does help with that but when he does it doesn't matter whether he's in your ship or not. The way that level's laid out, if you've already done everything to that point you should already have been in the room with the big arm for another objective; it doesn't sound like finding it is klol's problem.
As far as I remember you need to bump the arm with your ship to move it.
