Well, I guess I'm a weirdo. I don't own a smartphone, or even a cellphone.

cellphone for emergency use(don't ask me to find it half the time) no smartphone here, or ever, if I can help it.

If I get a smartphone, it needs to be something with an actual full keyboard, because touchscreens can suck it. As far as I can tell Blackberry's the only option in that department. You'd think the market would support far more diversity, like it used to in the early '00s with flip phones, instead of every single smartphone looking pretty much identical these days.

Speaking of Blackberry, or specifically, the QNX operating system, here's a funny story. Ford had an 18% downturn in customer satisfaction after they rolled out their Sync Infotainment System, or Ford My Touch, in 2007, powered by Microsoft. Epic fail. Starting with the 2016 model year, Ford decided to dump Microsoft for the QNX operating system to improve reliability and user ease. All their vehicles will use the QNX operating system for their infotainment systems instead, for now. Plus one for Blackberry.

Good luck with that. After using a full keyboard on my smartphone for four years I was forced to upgrade to one without, simply because they really aren't making sliders anymore. It's been months and I still curse my phone every time I type. I imagine I'll get used to it eventually, probably right as tactile screens come out. :/Top Gun wrote:If I get a smartphone, it needs to be something with an actual full keyboard...
