Ahead of Sweden's national day, June 6, 2014, which is also celebrated as the official flag day, the extreme left organization the “365 movement”[4], called on the people to engage in a "flag hunt," which meant that people would gather Swedish flags on the national day, burn them and take pictures.[5] [6] [7] The most flags and the greatest fire would be rewarded by the 365 movement.[8] According to the 365 movement the Swedish flag was "the ultimate symbol of the nation state, the racist structure that puts up boundaries between people".[9] In Malmö, the 365 movement staged a flag burning on national day evening where a hundred people attended.[10]

In Sweden, the message of an extreme left organization is usually not isolated. Their call to burn the flags was spread to politicians like Foujan Rouzbeh, parliamentary candidate for the Feminist Initiative, a party that has a seat in the European Parliament. Rouzbeh wrote on Twitter on national day in 2014:

"To desecrate the flag tomorrow is to say that enough is enough now. Tear all the barriers, smash all the walls. Down with the nation-state! Long live us"[11] [12]

If you are getting your info from that article you won't know the facts on the ground. Here are a few...

Fact #1: It has nothing to do with Socialism or anything Left-Wing. At all. Not by any stretch of the imagination.

Fact #2: Sweden's problem is the same problem facing all of Europe and also Russia. Middle East affairs, the constant wars there, and the World's new social, economic, and technological mobility is affecting neighboring regions in unexpected ways. Those of us in the USA have no frame of reference for this. There are volumes and volumes of books being written by countless academics on this subject.

Fact #3: If you read the article and the citations and did independent research (You certainly didn't, I did, it took all night, but it was interesting), you would understand that this is not about racism or leftists, but points to a deep and complicated problem in Swedish philosophy that has no easy answers, let alone simple-minded articles, and even simpler posts by you.

Fact #4: Burning the Swedish flag in Sweden has a different meaning than burning a US flag in the USA. Nationalism in Sweden has a different meaning than Nationalism in the Americas. There is a longstanding effort to rediscover and redefine Sweden's national identity. Americans have no comparable experiences.

If you are outraged, it shows you don't understand the situation. There is no reason for you to be outraged whatsoever. It doesn't affect you in the slightest. It's not your problem. In fact, you clearly don't know what the problem is. (Hint: It's not Islam.) It also doesn't prove any political points either.

thanks for saving the hungover guy from fact checking, fellas. Even with the dubious source and utter bias, what I wanted to offer is that NO PLACE is a utopia, so the premise TB was working on(it must be worse than us because it isn't perfect) is dubious to start with.
