Please put a time limit on your server. If you don't, it will be completely screwed up. Everyone will have super rapidfire guns and not be able to respawn half the time. 3 hours should be perfectly fine.
There's no exception to this rule:
If you don't put a time limit on your server, it's gonna be completely screwed up.
I know most of you already have time limits, but it's still amazing that so many server ops go without them!
The first thing you should learn when you become a server op:
ALWAYS PUT A TIME LIMIT ON YOUR SERVER.
