Daily Fantasy

It looks like the daily fantasy sites are starting to get their over-due push back from states. Does anyone here think they have a valid argument, claiming that they are not gambling? I think it's really obviously gambling...

never played Fantasy Football at any level, but it sure sounded like gambling from the pitch.
