Trouble loading 3DPro32u4.hex

I built the serial -> USB adapter following the directions at http://mwomercs.com/forums/topic/4767-m ... ntry142392
which apparently descended from this thread. Everything seemed to be working well until I got to opening the Teensy Loader application. It says to click File -> Open and go to 3DPro32u4.hex.
First, I don't really get a file-open option and, second, I cannot get the loader to find the 3Dpro file no matter where I put it.
Is there anyone who can help me figure this out? I am so close but at a wall.

False alarm: I was using teensyduino.exe but I needed to be using teensy.exe. The right program makes all the difference.
