I hadn't either, even though I've watched the animated show "Boondocks". But Google finds the racist reference in history. Hillary's version of C.P.T. is new. In other words, she made it up on the fly. If she'd had any brains in her head, she wouldn't have even done that little pre-rehearsed "skit" with Deblasio.
