Try turning on vsync, or change the forced antialiasing settings, playing around with all the texture settings in the driver control panels might help too.
The level was "Damage". I fixed the texture corruption, but now it isn't retaining my brightness setting. It always starts the game way too dark, and I have to go in manually and adjust it up .02 points, apply it, and then put it down .02 points and apply that to get it back how it was. On top of that, I figured it would be a good thing to put on V-Sync to hold the beastly card back. However, in-game framerate seems to be stuck at 60, instead of the 120hz my monitor is supposed to be running at. I was under the impression that the Windows refresh rate bug had been fixed... was I mistaken?
in the ati drivers here on my pc you have two different gammasettings, one for desktop, one for 3d-fullscreen. go to setup->advanced options->colors, switch to 3d-fullscreen settings and adjust gamma there.

I would, but all the other games I have look fine.
