Yes. Some spam is known to be tagged with the address westernfreepress.com. It's not clear if the spam actually originates from an agent of westernfreepress.com. Nevertheless, there is a possibility that software on the site can retrieve data from your browser cache and use it to spam you. However, the site appears to be safe for children.
