The US, in case you hadn't noticed, NS, is BY FAR in the best shape, economically, of any of the Western nations noted in the article. Largely DUE to Obama's overall management? Yes, it was. That we've collectively allowed the top 10% of less of our populations to control taxation policies and such to be able to pull away from all the rest is a shared, sorry mess that was forming(as noted in the piece) LONG before Obama. That not enough wanted to back Universal Health Care or even a public option, it isn't like insurance of any quality is costing any more than it would have continuing with the status quo......and recent studies have shown that the vast bulk of cost burdens have fallen on folks like me, anyway.
