What's Anarchy 30?

Anarchy 30 is a modification with 30 pps (packets per seconds), instead of 12, which are the maximum for D3.

Sorry I took a couple months off leon, I got frustrated at my connect but now it doesn't seem so bad so I plan on getting back into the game, me and birds were trying to decide if we should host a d3 anarchy night on fridays, a 1on1 tourney, or continue with the team games lady silver had been doing. Any ideas?
