While I normally take UFO sightings with a jaundiced view, this you tube is interesting. Footage is by the Chilean govt who studied it for 2 years then, unlike the american govt that is secretive or labels everything swamp gas, the Chilean military has the habit of releasing their findings. So take a look and let me know what you think:

Except as I understand it the govt studied this for 2 years using scientists and military people. Their conclusions were they did not know what it was. I don't know the credentials of your blogger.

There are amateur videos and interviews with the astronauts about it. There just really is seen that sometimes there are objects in earth orbit that it is difficult to confuse with anything except incomprehensible alien origin.

You mean, slowly float away as it seems to be pushing out air or some other kind of gas? You're right, no balloon can do this. The only rational conclusion is that it's a UFO.

Isaac, they are at any speed. This means that they can move freely in the atmosphere at that speed, when will burned any meteor.
