....was what I thought when I saw this. As in completely waffling on healthcare by essentially allowing the ACA to stay in place and compete with the new option.

Oh great, so now they want to keep all those lovely tax revenues coming in and then allow the states to do what they want. What an utter load of crap. This does NOTHING to fix the system and keeps the independent seven percenters like me stuck with an expensive tax bill and unaffordable health care.
