Gotta cull the herd of poor kids too.
But that aside, most poor children only get 3 square meals because they go to school. They learn things better and faster and develop their bodies better when they aren't malnurished. The whole idea of cutting funding for free school meals is counterproductive to getting a good education. I'd like to hear the rationale for cutting this funding from a few conservatives. It makes no national sense.

Well, you can't, so you need a Plan B, free school lunches, so that poor kids don't suffer the failings of their family situation.
