apparently, the money proposed for the idiotic wall will come from the budgets for the Coast Guard and Airport Security, in part. Have to go dig for details, but how would everyone feel about THAT tradeoff?

I saw that bit of news aswell.

Mr. "I'll make the country safe" is pulling money from organizations that have an active part in making the country safe. If that's not the very definition of irony, I don't know what is.

The other thing is, since he was all about bringing jobs to america, is now taking them away.

I hate to say I told ya so but... "I warned you, but did you listen to me? Oh, no, you knew it all, didn't you? Oh, it's just a harmless little businessman, isn't it? Well, it's always the same."

Oh, but Trump wants to make our country safe from Mexicans. He and the Republicans don't give a crap about research into protecting our coastal communities in tsunami zones, or critical weather research that may save countless lives OR the jobs they're cutting that goes along with all that research.

From your link pretty much sums up your fake fear attempt:
may mean cuts in funding for the U.S. Coast Guard, the Transportation Security Administration and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Seriously slick, do you understand the meaning of "may". You're as bad as TB with unsupported claims.

thus far, it was the budget proposal. So it MAY mean cuts, if Congess accepts that. Folks like me are raising the alarm in order to make sure those Congress-people are made to know what the public thinks about that set of priorities.
