Maybe he can try to pardon himself. Trump strikes me as the type of arrogant egomaniac airhead who'd be the first to even try it. However, he can't protect himself from impeachment with any pardon, that is if Congress has the balls to impeach him after such an attempt.

Speaking of Chris Christie. He got into it with a fan at a baseball game. Notice the size of the bowl Christie is carrying around for a "snack". I guess stomach reducing surgery didn't really squelch his appetite one little bit. From what I can see of it, that looks like several dollops of ice cream with a load of bacon sitting on top.

Haven't you read the memo NS? Congress loves the fact that 72% of their premiums are paid for by the government (us taxpayers) courtesy of Obamacare. In fact, the law allows them to be counted as a small business of 50 or fewer employees. They just made a move to protect that since Trump recently tweeted that he'd try to makes cuts, all because of their epic fail with the repeal and replace attempts after umpteen years of trying. Frankly, I hope he effing succeeds in doing it. They need a dose of what us individuals have to swallow who can't work and who aren't old enough to qualify for Medicare. I'd LOVE to have 72% of my premiums paid for by the government, or else not be required to pay for overpriced insurance at all.

I remember during the Republican debates Trump had what I thought was a good idea, and that was to break up the insurance monopolies in certain states and force competition in the individual insurance plan market, thus lowering prices and premiums. Sure wish that was something he would talk about again.
