D1 and D2 official strategy guides

Does anyone have them? I'm really curious what's in them, I've always liked compendia. I wonder if there's info about the bosses and such.

I have the first but it's... Kinda... Wrecked...
Was a long time ago and the memory is hazy but from the look of what's left of it, I bought it used and then used it as a scratching post.

I hesitate to buy them (even though I'd be inclined to) because I simply have no idea what to expect from them, and what actual value they bring. Detailed weapon, robot and level descriptions would definitely buy me

You can get the detailed robot stats with robot editor (rbotedit). Weapons data (i e damage, projectile speeds, etc) are in the hog file, for now I don't know how to find them (would greatly appreciate if someone will tell me how to access those). Of course if one has compiling source (on my machine it does not compile because it needs Linux), it is easy to dump the weapons data into file, but I don't know how to edit them. I've heard that the guide mostly concerns level walkthrough but it is not very useful...

I know robot data, a lot of it by heart in fact - I've worked in Haxmed32. I just like reading official and/or unofficial writeups on robots and weapons from games I like, kind of a quirk of mine. I'm really curious if say, the Fusion Hulk was mentioned in the strategy guide for D1, and what was written about it.

I had both D1/2 guides but sadly was lost in my divorce. I loved those books. I think I even had the D3 one.

IIRC it was all high level stuff like descriptions of what a weapon did or what to watch out for when facing a certain bot.
Don't recall seeing damage/health tables or anything like that.
