hmmmm, just for starters the explosion occurred downtown, near the PA terminal, NOT in Times Square. Will have to find something a little more reliable than Twitter feeds for your fascist wet dreams to be convincing.

so, reality is this: the only victim seems to be the Bangladeshi native, 10 years resident in the US. That is good, if it holds up. Luckily he didn't kill as many people as Muslim extremists such as Dylan Roof, huh? Or, that Muslim in the Vegas hi-rise? Or that Muslim who attacked his in-laws church? God, your sick fascist wet dreams get old.

oh, and maybe you wouldn't even HAVE extremists calling for attacks on NYC had not the fascist in chief not made the Jerusalem announcement, although that will likely end up with WAY more Israelis and Palestinians dead than New Yorkers.

And the number of people killed in car accidents in the U.S. every day is around 115, or 40,000 a year. The number of people who died in fire-related deaths in 2015 in the U.S. was 320,896,618. In the most recent October California fires in Santa Rosa, 42. In today's LA/Santa Barbara fires, so far only ONE. But that also doesn't count the destruction of hundreds of homes and the total disruption of those homeowner's lives and the costs of rebuilding. In fact, around a 200,000 people die from preventable medical errors each year. So Americans are more likely to get killed by a doctor than a terrorist. The legal use of prescription drugs are more likely to kill people than even a car crash. People are more likely to die by choking to death in a restaurant than by a terrorist. Personally, I'm more worried about being killed by an overdue megaquake here in Oregon than being killed by a terrorist.

The number of dead in this botched terror attack in New York? ZERO, and not even the idiot bomber died this time. But from listening to the New York media, it was Armageddon. So this country's priorities and fears about terror attacks are just plain nuts and way out of proportion to reality. Americans seriously need to get a life, because all the resulting counter-terrorism measures since 9/11 and our own damn fear-mongering have done us far more harm than good. We've willingly turned this nation into a police state and we've let that police state take away our cherished hard won freedoms, for absolutely no gain. We're now prisoners sitting in the cages of our own irrational fears, so all the terrorists have to do is to bang the bars once in awhile and they keep us cowering and blubbering like animals.
