I take exception to your comment that my message was "nasty". Towards Trump perhaps, but not you personally. It was more of a an attempt to perhaps help you avert the inevitable personal insults YOU would invariably receive because of the image you chose and that I, as mod, would have to delete. That's why I kept my comments to you in a personal message and not as a public posting. Anyway, I did change it to something else only because after thinking about it further, I'll give Elizabeth Warren the benefit of the doubt for now.
Hopefully she doesn't turn out to be another Rachel Dolezal however.

I'm afraid I'll have to agree with you, at least in part with what ultimately transpired with your avatar. Make no mistake, I personally thought it was denigrating and personally insulting to Warren, whether or not you agree with her politics. You pretty much sank down to the same level that Bill Cosby, Harvey Weinstein and Donald Trump have all done, by demanding that their women accusers produce some sort of PROOF of any unwanted sexual advances or assaults from the past, even though most of what happened was a he said she said situation that occurred in private. Their word was not good enough, even when multiple women detailed the exact same incidents with the exact same men. You yourself refused to believe Warren's statements about how she learned about her Native American heritage by word of mouth from her family. The fact she wouldn't take an ancestry test was proof to you that she was lying for political gain and needed some nasty ridiculing. That's kind of petty don't you think? Yeah, you're right. Come to think of it, he loved to constantly throw rancid right wing bombs all over the E&C, but he rarely held a dialog to back up his assertions and points with something approaching anything factual. Instead, he'd just keep carpet bombing the place with more and more outlandish stuff. You really had to rub him the wrong way before he'd engage people in any of this threads. So now when his nasty insulting choice of avatar gets vetoed, he promptly bails. Where's your cojones NS? You know he can't resist lurking.
Meanwhile, the squishy middle either sits on their hands and ignores everything because they don't have the time or worse, swipes right or left depending on their whims or whoever is better at playing to their fears at the moment.
