There should also be an ego test as well. If you can't take personal criticism without flying off the handle and demanding revenge, you're automatically disqualified. And loyalty tests should be forbidden and against the law. Being president shouldn't be about requiring your underlings to kiss your ass instead of performing your job for people of this nation.

You know, you criticized those idiot teenagers in the video, but most teenagers don't have fully developed frontal lobes until they're 25 and thus have little impulse control. So based your complaint, even if they had a high IQ, they might still be emotionally underdeveloped and impulsive and that would still disqualify most teenagers from getting a driver's license until they were 25. That actually might be a good idea to make our roads safer since teens do have a higher rate of auto accidents. In practicality, you'd sure piss off a lot of teenagers who feel they're old enough and think they're smart enough to drive. They might even bring back that old excuse, if you're old enough to kill for your country in the military, you're old enough to drive a vehicle.

No, texting drivers are the worst. I've actually watched people at traffic lights bent over messing with their phones. When the light turns green, they're too focused on the stupid phone to see the light change. You certainly don't want one of these idiots coming up on your rear end at a traffic light and you don't want to be anywhere near one on the freeway.

People can have an high IQ and still do stupid things, because they're arrogant enough to believe they can multitask. The human brain is lousy at multitasking. We may THINK we're multitasking, but the reality is, we're just switching from task to task very fast. But when driving, it isn't fast enough.
