Rebirth command-line option to go windowed mode?

Hope this post isn't D.O.A. due to this particular sub-forum's lack of activity.. and I apologize if this info exists somewhere. I certainly couldn't find it. Is there a command-line option for the dxx-rebirth executables that can either use windowed-mode (non-full-screen) and/or point to an alternate cfg file (config file, e.g. 'descent.cfg' but different) where I've specified windowed-mode and a different resolution? TIA!

There is a command-line option for windowed mode: -window
There are no options for setting the resolution or specifying an alternate config file.
