Election denier becomes terrorist
I was wondering how long it would take before this happened, especially after all the threats that have targeted state elections officials since Trump lost the 2020 election. An election denying Republican candidate finally acted on his nutty beliefs, all because he lost and refused to believe it. Crazy is as crazy does.

'But tHE LEft iS So vIOlenT!'
Until the right starts cleaning house of their violent, election-denying, coup-starting element, this will always happen.
But I don't see that happening any time soon. They love power. They love control. They love telling us what to do.
And you know what the worst part of it is? Pretty much every other american will either turn a blind eye to it or just moan about it on the internet.

You are refuting a claim no one made. But sure, be our guest and try to equate a single event from 6 years ago with the repeated events of straight up right-wing terrorism that have been happening on a regular basis since that time.
Re: Election denier becomes terrorist
I'm interested in how the people he views that are on the left have tried to orchestrate an attempted takeover of a functioning US government, targeting and trying to shoot conservatives, trying to put laws into place that deny others their dignity and bodily autonomy, trying to stop workers from getting a fair wage... I could go on, seeing as we now have an encyclopedia of right-wing attacks on everyone else.

I can completely see the right wingers defending people like McVeigh, Dahmer, Manson, Gacy, Hussein and even Bin Laden.

Re: Election denier becomes terrorist
Ah, but Spidey, you're forgetting that a large percentage of American conservatives applaud Putin as a stronger leader than Biden, applaud what he's done with the repression of women's right in Russia since he's openly misogynistic, applaud what he's done with his clampdown on LGBTQ rights while marginalizing them as evil trash in Russia since he's also openly homophobic. They applaud Putin's seeming support for Christian Evangelical values, who believe their religion is under attack in the U.S., even though Putin has nothing for his country's Orthodox Christians. You've got Tucker Carlson out there openly saying we should support Russia over Ukraine. Putin is a "leader" who's had people assassinated all over the world on his orders and he's the very antithesis to everything American, a autocratic despot who retains power for life and uses that power to get what he wants. What the hell happened? Why has the Russia love fest amongst American and especially European Conservatives gotten to this point? Why the love for despotism? Do they prefer an evil "He Man" with big biceps and a bare chest over an seasoned but aging old man, ignoring what Putin really stands for? That's nuts. Biden can be voted out of office with the next election. Putin will NEVER leave office willingly no matter what.

As for Hitler, the right wing fringe has entered into a squishy area of semi-support for Nazi-like ideals and beliefs ever since Trump became president, who stoked a lot of it for his own personal gain. The sharp rise in White Nationalism and antisemitism in the U.S should be an indication. You forgetting Charlottesville? How about the Patriot Front group (which is NOT an FBI sting program either)? Left wing hate groups are still around, but far right White Nationalists are the most openly active at this moment in the U.S. Fox News personalities are openly peddling "replacement theory" as factual news to these people like manna from heaven and stoking even more reactionary neo-nazi behavior.

Yep. Negative partisanship on full display. Nice political party we've now got on the right. Their entire platform in a nutshell. Hate Democrats without exception and without reason, period. This link below is older since Trump was found to have not collided with the Russians to win the presidency, but that nice shirt first showed up at one of his boner rallies being worn by 2 jackass good old boys.

On that little Trump Russia collusion. It may not actually have been proved that he actually collided with the Russkies, but there was damn sure a "passively symbiotic" relationship between Trump and Russia before 2016. Trump even claimed he had help from the Russians before he walked it back in 2019. They did hack Hillary's emails and after all, which benefited Trump. In fact, Trump had his most recent lawsuit against Hillary, Comey and several others, where he claimed they conspired against him by linking him to Russia, tossed out by a judge. The suit was called frivolous, nothing but political revenge, a waste of court time and so was summarily thrown out. A $1 million fine was then levied against Trump and his lawyers as punishment. Trump's now hemorrhaging money in fines right and left and some of that money is going to the people he sued.

Re: Election denier becomes terrorist
There's no legal definition of "collusion" as a crime, but it was proven that Russia interfered in the election in a major way, and Trump benefited from it.
Re: Election denier becomes terrorist
What about G.E.M.S. deniers? I think Trump stole the election then Zionist Joe Biden stole it back.
