We were wrong

Scott Galloway

NYU Professor Scott Galloway, who had previously endorsed stringent lockdown measures during the COVID-19 pandemic, has expressed regret for advocating those policies which impacted children’s education and affected businesses.

"Speaking on Bill Maher’s “Real Time,” Galloway acknowledged his previous stance on the issue. “I was on the board of my kids’ school during COVID. I initially supported a more rigorous lockdown policy. In hindsight, I recognize that the adverse effects on children from extended school closures outweighed the potential benefits,” Galloway stated on Friday.

“But here’s the bottom line: myself, our great people, the CDC, I’d like to thank the governor. We were all operating with imperfect information and we were doing our best,” he insisted.

“But let’s learn from it. Let’s hold each other accountable, but let’s bring a little bit of grace and forgiveness in the sh*t show that was COVID,” Galloway added."

So after countless warnings about the lockdown, This numbnuts wants our forgiveness and understanding. Why?

All people had to do was look at history, especially the scientists. He failed the same way that people did in 1918 because they were driven by fear. No thought, just reactionary attempts at self preservation. People never learn do they? Wash, rinse repeat. Of course, they examine things through their respective rear view mirrors, then stew and ★■◆● about that woulda, coulda, shoulda. On the flip side, we'll never know if NOT doing lockdowns would've killed more people than we actually lost, will we? Who knows, it might very well have killed YOU.

I think lockdown saved people. People are stupid and think it won't happen to them.
