I heard it was renamed GeoCore. Is this true?

Geocore is on steam but I don't think it was ever finished.

The Core Decision project started with zbriggs under the software name High Octane. At some point, psionik took over the project and renamed it to GeoCore. I don't remember the details of why zbriggs stopped working on it.
