Try a compressed JPG. Uncompressed might as well be a TIFF file. Actually, it's worse than that.
What on earth did you save it with? Did you not notice :FILE SIZE 225.05KB???

Ace, GIF is your friend. Use GIF for screenshots like that. JPEG is for photos or renders.
EDIT: Ace you retard! You renamed a damn BMP file to a jpeg! No ****ing wonder it was so large! I took that image and saved it as a GIF and its barely over 5kB! To top it all off, there is no noticable difference in image quality!
