NTFS virus scanner

Anyone know of a DOS based virus scanner that can scan a NTFS file system?

Last I looked, if the OS can't read the filesystem, a program won't do any better at it.

Can't you boot off the Norton AV cd and run a scan? Or does that just work w/ fat32?
