New monitor
My monitor took a dump. I am thinking of replacing it with this:

E95 (and the replacement E90) are just fine for budget 19" screens. We have 22 of them at work, and without a doubt, these things have great geometry, good consistent colour and refresh at 85 Hz at 1280x1024 mode.
I was dubious about them at the start, but they have proven consistent performers for well over 18 months. As such, I have no qualms whatsoever about recommending them to people.

Every KDS I've used was a heap. I'd recommend an NEC or Viewsonic P series. I have a p225f at home, it's pretty good for my purposes.Capm wrote:Buy a KDS
I ended up getting this.

A bit more than I had intended to spend but I got the required kitchen pass.

Be VERY careful with what you'll buy tho....MD-2389 wrote:12ms response time is pretty damn good man. I doubt you'll see very much ghosting on that sucker.
This weekend i was sitting next to someone with a 12ms LCD, and i definitely could see some ghosting going on there, while I myself didn't have any ghosting at all on my 20ms panel.
Difference is, his was 12ms response time on average, while mine is 20ms response time maximum.
I'm using a hercules prophetview 920 pro, btw...
