D1 on WIN2K? please?!

Post by dlightful »

I've got NWlink installed on 7 WIN2K machines, all hooked together through a hub. Is there any way to make Descent find an "active ipx driver" when you run it? Does anyone know the "magic config." to get it to work? Thanks

Since you did not specify what version of D1 you were using, I assumed you were using descentr.exe v1.5. I am unsure as to wether or not that version can use winsock ipx or not, however, I am relativly sure the win32 port of D1 probably can.

No need for sarcasm. Maybe try putting a little more info in your post next time.
