Is it possible to run Win32 programs (like D3 :)) on Unix?

Straight up Unix or Linux? I suppose you could use some sort of emulator, i.e. WINE or some other similar program.

Out of the box, no.

There is a version of D3 for linux made by Loki but they went tits up ages ago. You may be able to get someone who has it to give it to you.
