What's your resolution ? I get that w/ 1280x1024 @ 8xAF & 4xAA..

That's at 1024X768 with no AF or AA and the card clocked at 360/310.
Merlin, I don't know. I've been running Omega drivers and never seen better than about 220/450 with 11 to 12 second time tests. He has added some tweaks though that you don't get with CAT drivers.

omega drivers have only registry tweeks. He doesn't do any actual driver engineering.

True, but he does provide a couple of utilities that are useful. One affect using OpenGL in older games.

At those settings I've done that on a 'vanilla' Geforce3, must be your CPU holding you back.
