Special permission

So how do I get the special permission to get into NHB:

":Sorry, but only users granted special access can read topics in this forum."

check the usergroups. it says as much in the forum description.

Its also called using the PM system. Thats what its there for people. Same thing for the FAQ. Hell, if you use the search feature you'll find that an announcement was made on how to get access.
