Hmm, not sure what to put here... CD database, etc???

Post by CDN_Merlin »

I'm looking to catalogue my entire music collection but without having to manaully enter in the stuff. Is there a program that will take the CDDB entries and keep them to a txt file or work file etc?

I want to put the CD in drive, had CDDB database enter the info in, then save all the info to 1 file so that I can keep for insurance purposes.

Any idea's?

CDEx keeps a local database of CDDB info, sorted by genre

in My Documents\My Music\CDDB\

Well I tried CDex but it added way to muhc info. So I took the time and manually typed them out.

Thx for the suggestions.

Oh, and I have 137 CD's.

It's called effort, Open up Notepad and type each line for every album. 137 Cd's is about...what it took 10 minutes! bet it took longer looking for a lazy way out
