D3 Alias Update

Post by Testiculese »

Esa changed the tracker page, I had to adjust my code to account for the changes.

v.85 is the one to get (obviously) :)

Open Regedit, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Metallisoft\Apps\D3 Alias

On the right side, you should see a value DLLDebugging. Set that to 1.

Then run the app, and send me the log, or catch me in chat after work, and lemme know what's in the log.

Code: Select all

BEGIN frmMain::Form_Load() - 06:44 PM
    END   frmMain::Form_Load() - 06:44 PM  | Returns: Invalid property value: 380
END Sub Main() - 06:44 PM

Indeed that does. I should have checked this thread last night, I could have fixed it before bed. I'll get it when I get home.

I forgot to post this:

If you run d3alias with the command line option "-setup", it will clear the registry settings, which is probably what's giving you troubles. If that doens't work, use "/setup", I forget which delimiter I use, I think I check for both tho'.

In the versions of D3 Alias you had just before you added the game list, it'd save your previously entered ip addresses in a dropdown list. That would be sweet if you could bring back that functionality!

I was reconsidering that. In haste, I switched it for the textbox at the bottom, and that just holds the last ip entered. It is also populated when you clicked a game in the list, so you could copy/paste it.

I'm going away for the weekend, I'll play with it when I get back.
