XP Reloaded

I am a bit out of touch with tech news; I haven't had a chance to browse the Web in a while.

Is Microsoft still planning to release "XP Reloaded" before Longhorn? I've heard people say that Longhorn was coming out in 2005 (instead of 2006). A friend of mine was telling me about Longhorn, and he didn't even know that XP Reloaded exists.
