Strolling thru Fry's and...

Post by Duper »

hehe.. well.. not stolling exactly, but certainly fuming while looking for said calulator in another thread. ;)

They had a DVD playing of a live preformance by a group called The Blue MAN group. What a wild show. A lot of retro eletro-pop done really avant-garde (*Edit: spelling fixed* Thanks)
I recommend it, was interesting and funning in some places.

Oh,I also found a D3&Merc cases bundled together for 5 bucks there too. These were jewel cases. Wasn't there some kinda trouble with the jewel case versons not taking patches or something?
Anyways, they'er there for the taking.

Pika Pika!!

There was a patch released for the dual-jewel version allowing it to be patched normally. You can find it at PD.

I've seen BMG's Boston show a couple times. It's absolutely unbelievable. Wet flourescent paint, marshmallows, Twinkies, PVC pipes and toilet paper should not be that entertaining.

Seen the BMG in Boston a couple of times too, they've got a new act; I guess they put it together earlier this year. If I would just get up off of my @$$ and hop on the subway downtown I could actually see it. O, yea, the BMG music rocks! The albums are available at most music stores. The BOS show ends with KLF's "Last Train to Transcentral", the rest of the stuff is in-house.

Actually, in Ace's defense (did I just say that? :P), the BMG did do at least one Pentium 4 commercial. I remember them playing around with a big number 4 made out of PVC pipe.

Yeah, just on the Somerville side of Porter Square. Haven't we had this discussion before? I feel like I knew you lived here...

Anyway, the important question is, have you seen the new version of the show? I've been wondering how different it really is. I guess I should go find out for myself.
