Norton Ghost is acting weird

Post by Ned »

IN automatic mode, it crashes

In manual mode it freezes with USB2 (supposedly) driver
In manual mode it says 4 hours to go with USB 1 driver

Is it worth it? Does it suck or is there some way around it? To intall all my apps is starting to getting longer every year. I thoughy I set them up once and ghost, followed by adding my own files later. . .

Western Digital USB 2.0 ~70 GB
AMD , XP SP2 , Ghost 2003

Ghost refuses to work on a USB 2.0 driver, in my experience. The ONLY way I can find to make it work is by using a 1.1 driver, which does indeed take forever and a day. It's a fairly shaky program these days.
