Yes, future production charts are great, but we gotta see what that chart looks like a month from now
If everyone on the team picks up a pair of those dualie Xeons we'll probably break that things expectations of us by a mile
And yes, I think I wanna pick those things up. Either run superNix on it or 2K server. Now, I just need to pray that theyre there next week when I get my money or find someone to pick em up for me before they run out.

Hrm...maybe not...I just totaled everything up for the upgrades I want to get for my other computers and the parts needed to fully construct this dual xeon comp send the bill rather high....so I think I'm going to take my chances and see if those Xeons are still there next week when I actually have my money, and when I know exactly how much I have.

Doing my small part to help. Started two comps running it today, one 1700+ and one 2600+. Deadmeat was already taken, so I'm known as DipStick.

Thanks, all of these "small parts" add up to a lot of points for the team.

No, I'd seen your post in Cafe and then saw the new forum. Did a little reading and figured maybe the old fart could help. I'll have a third box up in a while and will run it on that one too. If we, in our small way, can do something for humanity it sure beats the s**t out of going to war.

No doubt. SETI is a waste of time and computational bandwidth. Figuring out protein folding on the other hand, is not only real, it's still a developing science, cutting edge technology. Understanding that has been the biogenetics holy grail (after figuring out the genome that is).

WooP were 1577 as of this post. Our only rival in terms of climbing the chart is faf team number 33715. At out rate though, we will even overtake them
course they only have 2 members....
