Dcrazy... Very carfuly.
Nah, try it yourself. Take some peeling paint texture, turn it B&W (or limit it to 5,6 shades of grey for a dirter look) so you only pick up the colours of your backround theme and then blend. Use things like the eraser, spray brush and clone tool to get the desired effect. It's quite easliy done... It's all about the blending.

K, I understand. It might be a little too graphic for folks... it's not for everyone.

Quick Question
I'm having trouble finding a chrome texture for use with a 3D model. I know a Chrome Pyro model was posted on this forum a long time ago (in the High quality D3 ship models thread ), and was wondering if someone could send me the texture that was used on it or something. I've been looking everywhere for just a simple chrome texture, but so far no luck at all. It needs to be a fairly plain texure for the model, and i'm pretty sure the one used on that pyro would work out perfectly.
So...
Does anyone have the file or know where I can get it? Thanks in advance.
