I tire with the posters on this board and their apparent difficulties involving the use of â??Aâ?

That one would think that "A" is different from that other word "An" shows that the poster of this topic may be related to that other english maven...Mobius!

How do you spell FISH in English?

Easy - That'd be:

Gee Aitch Oh Tee Eye. (GHOTI)

The GH is the F sound in "enough"
The O is the I sound in "women"
The TI is the SH sound in "station".

Go figure!

Xeon you're beating a dead horse here mate. Idiots and uneducated people will use "a" instead of "an", interchange "your" and "you're" at will, spell definitely with an "a", and use "that" in front of just about everything - oh - and "like" too.

The only thing you can do is ensure you keep it correct yourself, and never hire anyone who doesn't get it right.

The punishment for sloppy spelling, grammar, and usage is a life spent earning $12,000 a year. I think that's enough - don't you?
