dont know if any of you knew that BAMA lived in Gulf Shores Miss. thats right where Ivan came ashore. last I heard he was preparing to evacuate. dont know if he got out safe. hopes and prayers are with him

Bama's ok

Last report puts him in Macon, GA. trying to get back to his home in Cotton Bayou/Orange Beach. The good news is his house is still standing

His brother is on the city council and drove past his home in one of the city trucks. His brother said from the street Bamas' home didn't look to bad, but the yard was covered in debris so they couldn't get to the water front side and there's still quite a bit of water under it.

I'll keep ya posted on any news I get, but it's going to be a couple of weeks or so before the power gets restored.
