I'm allergic to nickle

I know, it's weird. But the other day I was noticing this rash... haha shutup. No seriously, I had a rash on my leg. Only it was on the right leg, mid thigh, right where my pocket sits. And I realized it was from the metal of the change in my pocket soaking thru the pocket fabric from sweat, that deposited the nickle on my skin and caused a break out.

Weird huh.

I learned I was allergic to nickle years ago when I would always get a rash from nickle plated bracelets, belt buckles, or watches.

Anyone else have a metallic allergy?

Lobber, My wife is allergic to nickel and concequently has to buy either plastic frames with her glasses or titainium.

It's actaully rather common. If glasses or rings give you trouble, coat them with clear fingernail polish.

I know that trick too. I had a belt buckle that I had to paint with nail polish before I could wear it.
