Install problem for descent3 demo 2 on Windows XP

When the install was ready to start copying files, I received the following:
An error ocurred during the move data process -113
Component:
File GRoup:
File: C:\Documents and Settings\Rehert\Local Settings\Temp\WZS112.tmp\data1.hdr

Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
