Bah- I could do most of the stuff they where doing when I was diving. It really isn't all the impressive, all you need to know to do 90% of that stuff is how to do a landing roll and how to use your arms to jump. An idea of how to land a flip is nice too, but not required. (you can land flips really sloppy and still be ok)

You see those few clips of them doing flips off a stack of mats- forward, back, and inward? I used to do exactly that training for diving- maybe even from a lower height. (in that case, higher = easier, because you don't have to rotate as fast) I could land em just as pretty, too.

It's pretty much acrobatics - springboard diving is the same, only they have made diving into a judged sport where jumping around on buildings isn't.
